Reducing environmental protection tax on gasoline and oil

From 0:00 on March 27, 2026 to the end of April 15, 2026, the environmental protection tax rate for gasoline (excluding ethanol), diesel oil and aviation fuel is 0 VND/liter. Gasoline, diesel oil and aviation fuel are not subject to declaration and payment of value-added tax (VAT) but are eligible for input VAT deduction.
