Publicating a report assessing the efforts of European countries to fulfill their commitments to the European Union (EU) and the conditions for joining the EU is a periodic matter for the EU Commission. But the report published on November 4 is even more special as the EU Commission is optimistic that by 2030, the alliance could be expanded again.
