HCMC loses VND2.28 billion after 4 years of collecting car parking fees on the road

HCMC - Hours apart parking fees on 20 routes from December 2020 to the end of October 2024 were collected for VND 22.04 billion, but VND 24.32 billion was spent, accounting for a loss of VND 2.28 billion.
