Comrade Nguyen Van Linh is one of the outstanding leaders of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution, an exemplary communist, brave, resilient, with a sharp, practical and creative mindset. From his participation in the Saigon - Cho Lon workers' movement in the 1930s until his responsibility as General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, no matter where he was or what he worked, he devoted all his talent, intelligence and enthusiasm to the Party, the working class and the working people.
