Khanh Hoa stipulates the level of health insurance (HI) contribution support for people from near-poor households who are supported 100% of the HI contribution level.

People aged 70 to 75 in near-poor households who do not receive monthly pension or social insurance benefits; or are receiving monthly pension or social insurance benefits lower than the pension benefits if there is a written request to receive them, are entitled to social pension benefits.
