The new proposal on assessing teachers according to professional standards of the Ministry of Education and Training helps to standardize inputs, closely link outputs, and serve as a basis for ranking, commendation, and discipline.
From January 1, 2026, teachers who violate these will be handled

The Law on Teachers will officially take effect from January 1, 2026. In addition to preferential treatment policies, this Law clearly stipulates disciplinary action against teachers.
