In the framework of the seminar "Control tobacco smuggling: Many challenges set out" on April 2, the delegates said that the authorities are currently facing difficulties in the implementation of the ban on electronic cigarettes (TLDT), heated cigarettes (TLNN) under Resolution 173/2024/QH5. Currently, the Ministry of Justice has reported the appraisal report to the drafting agency and the Government.
