Perfecting the legal framework, promoting business development

Commenting on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Planning, the Law on Investment, the Law on Investment under the public-private partnership model and the Law on Bidding, Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man suggested that issues that are unclear, immature and have not been proven by reality should continue to be studied to perfect the legal framework, promote business development and attract investment in production and business.

In the first 9 months of 2024, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) achieved 736,500 billion VND in total revenue and 115,200 billion VND in payment to the state budget.
