Proposal to hand over more than 96% of land area to the Zoo

HCMC - The Department of Natural Resources and Environment has submitted a draft decision of the HCMC People's Committee to change from land lease to hand over more than 96% of the area to Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens.
