The one-time death benefit for relatives of a pensioner or a person who has temporarily stopped receiving his/her pension is calculated based on the time he/she has received the pension and is stipulated as follows: In case of death within the first 2 months, the one-time death benefit is equal to 48 months of the pension of the month he/she is receiving.
