The common harmony point of the South is to eat fermented fish sauce, a sauce made from freshwater or brackish fish, not sea fish like in the Central and Northern regions. Snakehead fish, linh fish, snakehead fish, catfish, snakehead fish, catfish living in canals and rivers of the Mekong River system have created fermented fish sauce and the culture of eating fermented fish sauce in the Mekong Delta, with a typical representative being the bowl of fermented fish noodles.
