Region 2 includes: provinces and cities in the Northern Delta and Midlands: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Hoa Binh, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Quang Ninh.
Region 3 includes: North Central provinces: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue.
Region 8 includes: units under the Ministry: A09, C01, C10, C11, K01, K02.
T11 students: based on the local primary school at the time of admission in T11, admission will be based on the locality in which the school is located.
The People's Procuracy will announce the exam scores according to regulations, candidates can look up the admission results on the website of the People's Procuracy at http://www.hvcsnd.edu.vn.
Note, candidates must enter full information of the registration number of the Ministry of Public Security's assessment exam and ID card, protection code to look up the results of Admission/ non-admission), and at the same time send a document to the Police Admissions Board of the units and localities where the preliminary admission is held to notify candidates, and carry out admission confirmation procedures according to regulations:
Candidates submit the original Certificate of High School Graduation Exam Results in 2025 to the Police Admissions Committee of the unit and locality according to regulations.
Request the local police to notify candidates who are admitted to Method 1 and achieve admission points according to Method 2, Method 3, and must complete online admission confirmation procedures on the Admissions Portal of the Ministry of Education and Training, no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 30, 2025.
After receiving the original certificate of high school exam results in 2025 from candidates, certificate of achievements, foreign language certificate, ... from candidates admitted to the newly admitted university, the police of the unit and locality will manage and include it in the candidate's enrollment records.
At the same time, the police units and localities will collect a list of candidates confirming admission, send a document to the People's Procuracy before 5:00 p.m. on August 30, 2025 to compile and announce candidates confirming admission according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.
