The People's Council of Binh Duong province issued Resolution No. 42 dated June 2, 2025 approving the task of zoning the construction of a 1/2,000 scale of Cay Siu fields ecotourism resort and entertainment area in Dau Tieng district.
The planning location in Thanh Tuyen commune, Dau Tieng district, the North borders the road along the Saigon River, the South borders the Saigon River, the East borders the eco -tourism area, the Cu Chi Tunnel is expanded, the West borders the Saigon River.
The planning area has an area of about 222 hectares, of which 20 hectares are water surface land.
It is expected that this area will be built into an eco-tourism, resort and entertainment area combined with a golf course. This tourist area will also have connections to the expanded Cu Chi dia cau relic.
The tourist area is expected to welcome 4,200-4.800 visitors per day, creating jobs for 6,750 workers.
The People's Council of Binh Duong province has assigned the People's Committee of Binh Duong province to organize the implementation and complete the construction planning task before approving.
Currently, Binh Duong province plans to build many tourist areas in Dau Tieng district.
Notably, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province has also approved the construction zoning plan, scale 1/2,000 of eco-tourism, resorts and entertainment areas on Tha La peninsula, Dau Tieng lake.
The total area of the planning area is about 458 hectares, including 36 hectares of natural lake surface. This tourist area is located in the Dau Tieng lake area.
