The Provincial People's Committee has decided to approve the addition of 9 lists of works and projects to the 2025 land use plan in Dau Tieng district. Of which, there are 6 projects that need land acquisition with an area of 2,209 hectares.
Can Nom Lake eco-tourism service area project with an implementation area of 1,153 hectares in Thanh An commune; Siu tree field eco-tourism service area project with an implementation area of 222 hectares in Thanh Tuyen commune;
The Thi Tinh multiplex eco-tourism service project has an area of 575 hectares in An Lap commune, Long Hoa commune, Dinh Hiep commune; The Tha La peninsula eco-tourism, resort and entertainment service project with an area of 208 hectares in Dinh Thanh commune; Long Tan industrial cluster project with 50 hectares in Long Tan commune; educational and resettlement land in Dau Tieng town with 0.61 hectares.
Also in this decision, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province allocated land and leased land with 3 projects with an area of 8.9 hectares. Of which, 2.8 hectares of land in Long Hoa commune were allocated to implement the Long Hoa 2 brick and tile mine project; 4.6 hectares of land were allocated in Dinh Hiep commune to implement the Dinh Hiep brick and tile mine; 1.5 hectares of land were allocated in Dinh Thanh commune to implement the construction project.
The People's Committee of Binh Duong province assigned the People's Committee of Dau Tieng district to publicly announce the addition of the list of works and projects to the local 2025 land use plan. At the same time, carry out land recovery and land allocation according to approved regulations.
