In Quang Ninh, museums and sea tourism activities have reopened. Mr. Pham Ha, CEO of Lux Group, said that the group's yachts in Ha Long Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay were not damaged.
"Our cruise is completely safe and has been thoroughly inspected after the weather has stabilized. The train will resume operation on July 23 as scheduled," said Mr. Pham Ha.
Mr. Bui Thanh Tu - Marketing Director of Best Price Travel Company said that during the 2 days of the storm (July 21-22), the business had 3 groups of tourists going to Cat Ba (Hai Duong) and Ha Long (Quang Ninh) who could not depart due to sea ban.
On the morning of July 23, tourism activities returned to normal. Dinner, resort, and service establishments are basically not affected, and are ready to welcome guests back. The enterprise welcomed the first group of visitors to Ha Long right after the storm.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu - CEO of small Village Ha Long Sea Tourism Complex, said that before the storm made landfall, the tourist area had proactively put up ropes, reinforced tables, chairs, items, and outdoor decorations to limit damage caused by storms.
"Learning from the experience of Typhoon Yagi last year, this year, most accommodation and entertainment establishments have plans to respond to the storm early. Fortunately, Wipha is not as strong as previous storms, combined with proactive preparation from local people, so it is not affected or suffered much damage. From July 23, our tourism complex is ready to welcome visitors back," said Mr. Hieu.

A representative of Sun World Ha Long said that the cable car system will operate normally from today, while Water Park and Dragon Park will welcome visitors back from July 24 and 25. The cable car system in Cat Ba officially resumed operation from July 24.
Similarly, tourist attractions in Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Hung Yen or further away, Quang Tri, have all reopened to visitors.
Mr. Bui Van Manh - Director of Ninh Binh Department of Tourism shared: "To respond to storm No. 3, the Department of Tourism has requested to stop all inland waterway pick-up and drop-off activities in tourist areas and destinations in the province.
All boats serving customers at Trang An Eco-zone and Tam Coc - Bich Dong tourist area have been anchored at the wharf to avoid the storm. The forest tour route from Dong Ngu Xua to Bong Center and the night animal tour in Cuc Phuong National Park will also be temporarily suspended from 3:00 p.m. on July 21".
According to Mr. Manh, on the morning of July 23, tourist attractions in the province did not record any serious damage. All activities to welcome visitors again took place on the morning of July 23, right after storm No. 3 passed.
Previously, provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh... have proactively implemented safety measures, responded to natural disasters, and minimized damage caused by storm No. 3 Wipha.
In Quang Ninh, localities in the province have also organized to bring about 14,000 tourists from the islands back to shore safely from the storm.
Northern coastal provinces such as Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Thanh Hoa have banned seafood and tourism activities at sea from July 20 until there is a final forecast for the storm.
In addition, the aviation industry also focuses all resources on natural disaster prevention and response. 129 flights had to change their storm avoidance routes on July 18, 19, and 20.
Van Don International Airport and Cat Bi International Airport will temporarily close from 11pm on July 21 to 12pm on July 22.
Up to now, exploitation activities at airports and airlines have returned to normal.
