At 7:00 p.m. on July 22, the center of the storm was at 20.4 degrees North latitude - 106.1 degrees East longitude, on the mainland of Hai Phong - Thanh Hoa; strong at level 9, gusting to level 11.
Due to the impact of the storm, the Northeast region, the Northern Delta, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An will have heavy to very heavy rain, with a total rainfall of 200-350mm, some places over 600mm.
Other places in the North and Ha Tinh will have moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy (100-200mm, some places exceed 300mm). Warning of heavy rain over 150mm/3 hours. During thunderstorms, tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind may occur.
