South Korea - A Vietnamese restaurant specializing in pho in Seoul is receiving many compliments from diners.

A month ago, a Korean blogger nicknamed Portia traveled to Vietnam. She has many posts on her personal page sharing cultural and culinary experiences in Nha Trang city.

Portia loves and misses the taste of Vietnamese food after returning home. “I can’t forget Vietnamese food. I miss Vietnamese food so much that I feel sick. The food I ate in Vietnam was delicious. I keep thinking about it and want to come back and eat it again,” the female tourist shared.

Also because of her love for Vietnamese cuisine, she visited many restaurants selling pho and banh xeo in Seoul. One of the destinations that left the most impression on Portia was “Pho Master”.

The special thing about this restaurant is that when ordering beef pho, diners can request as many pho cakes as they like.

Portia ordered 4 dishes: beef pho, stir-fried morning glory with garlic, banh xeo, and pineapple fried rice.

“The beef pho is big, with lots of meat, vegetables, and bean sprouts. The broth is rich and fragrant. The pho noodles are soft and not mushy. I added a little chili sauce, the spicy flavor is very delicious, suitable for cold weather,” Portia commented.

“The pineapple fried rice has many ingredients, the pineapple and onions are fresh, and it tastes very sweet. I mixed the rice with the restaurant's sauce, and it was delicious. After eating the rice, my sister and I both agreed that this was the best dish.”

MongMong, another Korean blogger, also visited Pho Master last week. She was satisfied with the taste of Vietnamese pho there.

“The broth is rich and flavorful, just the way I like it. The portion is large and you can ask for extra pho for free. No complaints,” she wrote.

MongMong and her friend tried both pineapple fried rice and banh xeo. She confirmed that anyone would love the taste of all three dishes.

“The food is so delicious that I don’t even know what to write about the restaurant. I think everyone will love the food here, regardless of their taste. My friend normally hates eating pineapple, but the pineapple fried rice here is delicious. The owner and staff are all friendly.”
