The Prime Minister has promptly issued public dispatches to closely direct the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, ensuring stable people's lives. The current overcoming work is very urgent, but there are still many difficulties, requiring the support and cooperation of the whole country.
In that context, the Festival Organizing Committee considered and decided to change the Festival organization time (expected from October 3 - 5, 2025) to October 10 - 12, 2025.
The opening ceremony took place on Friday evening, October 10, 2025 at the Thang Long - Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center (Thang Long Imperial Citadel).
Relevant agencies and units continue to closely coordinate, actively prepare, and ensure the successful organization of the first World Cultural Festival.
