The People's Committee of Dong Thap province has issued the Plan to organize the 2nd Kien Sa Dec Flower Festival in 2025.
The festival will be on a provincial scale, expected to welcome 500,000 visitors. The organization time is from December 27, 2025 - January 4, 2026 (November 8, 2025 to November 16, 2025 lunar calendar), located in Sa Dec ward.

Previously, the first Hoa - Kien Sa Dec Festival in 2023 welcomed over 190,000 visitors to participate in activities for three days, with revenue of about 76 billion VND.
On the opening night of the Flower - Kieng Festival alone, about 40,000 visitors attended and visited. In particular, accommodation and food service establishments in the area will serve at maximum capacity during the 3 days of the Festival.
