On August 18, the production unit of the show "Tinh Ha Say Hi" announced a program to grant free use rights to recordings belonging to the music category "Tinh Ha Say Hi". The program is applied from August 18 to the end of November 18, 2026.
According to the announcement, organizations, businesses and business households can use songs in the list announced by this unit, updated at different times. The recordings are used as background music at the business location through playlists, platforms or official streaming channels provided by the production unit.
The scope of application includes cafes, restaurants, eateries, schools, shopping centers, supermarkets, retail stores, convenience stores, showrooms and fashion stores.
Hotels, resorts, spas, salons, gyms, amusement parks, cinemas, offices, buildings, airports and train stations can also register to participate in the program.
In this case, background music is understood as playing recordings through a sound system at a physical location, in order to create space and sound experience for customers. Free use rights only apply to locations and during the time prescribed by the production unit of "Tinh Ha say hi".
Participating units must register to receive the "Tinh Ha Say Hi" playlist. After completing the procedures, partners are granted access to and stream songs from the official source. The producer of "Tinh Ha Say Hi" said he will provide guidance and technical support during the implementation process.
Granting free rights does not mean that songs belonging to "Tinh Ha say hi" are used freely in any form.
According to the announced limits, participating organizations and individuals are not allowed to copy, download or store recordings for replay from other sources. Editing, cutting, pasting, posting or sharing songs on social networks is also not within the scope allowed.
Songs are not integrated into advertisements, videos or other online content. Performance rights are also not included in this program. Therefore, a location that is playlisted as background music does not mean that it can be performed, remixed, or used for private promotional activities.
The music category can be updated by the producer of "Tinh Ha Say Hi" at different times. This unit also has the right to shorten or extend the application period but must issue a notice three days before the change takes effect.
After November 18, if the program is not renewed, the free use period will end.
