In Ho Chi Minh City, only 54 out of 165 hospitals achieved an average quality score of 4.0 or higher on a scale of 5. Tam Anh General Hospital is one of the three leading units with a score of 4.74.
In addition, the satisfaction score of patients at Tam Anh General Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City reached 5/5, and from medical staff was 4.85. At Hanoi, the patient satisfaction rate reached 99.5%, and medical staff reached 100%.
