On May 6, Hanoi City Police provided information related to the fire that occurred in Tuong Mai ward on May 5. At about 6:38 pm, the Fire and Rescue Team of Area No. 12 - Fire and Rescue Police Department (Hanoi City Police) received a fire report at a house at address No. 67 Goc De alley, Tuong Mai ward.
Immediately after receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Police force determined that Goc De alley was a small, deep alley with many intersections and specialized fire trucks could not access it, the Fire Commander mobilized forces and vehicles to the scene, including 1 fire motorbike, carrying a fire pump, carrying hands to quickly approach the scene to deploy firefighting with on-site water sources.
The burned house has an area of about 40m2, 2 floors, the fire originated from an electrical short circuit on the 2nd floor and quickly spread.

Thanks to the mobility of fire trucks and the active help of surrounding people, the fire was quickly controlled and extinguished, with no casualties.
