On May 21, Tran Nhan Tong Ward Police announced Decision No. 5355/QD - CATP - PX01 dated May 18, 2026 of the City Police on transferring officers to receive work and hold the position of Deputy Head of Tran Nhan Tong Ward Police. According to the decision, comrade Hoang Cong Thang (born in 1982, former Deputy Head of the Propaganda, Investigation, Accident Resolution and Traffic Handling Team under the Traffic Police Department of Hai Phong City Police) was transferred to receive work and hold the position of Deputy Head of Tran Nhan Tong Ward Police.

On the same day, Phu Lien Ward Police held a ceremony to announce Decision No. 5356/QD-CATP-PX01 of the Director of the City Police on the transfer of Captain Tran Minh Khuong - Deputy Head of Dong Hai Ward Police to work at Phu Lien Ward Police and hold the position of Deputy Head of Ward Police, from May 21, 2026.
