Regarding this content, the Ministry of Education and Training said that the professional preferential allowance regime for teachers, educational institution managers and educational support personnel working in public educational institutions is implemented according to the provisions of Decree No. 182/2026/ND-CP dated May 22, 2026 of the Government.
Accordingly, the 60% preferential allowance level is applied to teachers and management staff of educational institutions working at sports and physical education gifted schools and art gifted schools.
Clause 1, Article 62 of the Education Law No. 43/2019/QH14 stipulates: "Schools of Arts, Physical Education, and Sports Talents are established to develop students' talents in these fields".
