    Accordingly, at around 5:00 p.m. on August 27, Mr. H.C.L (60 years old, residing in Bac Hoa village, Yen Hoa commune) while roofing his son, H.C.V (born in 1993, residing in Quy Hoa village, Yen Hoa commune) unfortunately fell to the ground.

    Immediately afterwards, the victim was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment but did not survive.

    According to the report of Ha Tinh province, storm No. 5 left 1 person dead, 9 people injured; 7 houses collapsed, 1,200 houses were deeply flooded, 6,300 houses had their roofs blown off; 47 schools, 5 medical facilities, 7 cultural works were damaged...
