Accordingly, the Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to focus on leading and directing the work of establishing, approving and adjusting detailed construction plans at a scale of 1/500 for industrial clusters, managing construction order, preventing the situation of taking advantage of the time of arrangement to carry out acts of land encroachment and illegal construction...
At the same time, continue to urge and direct the implementation of site clearance, land allocation, and land lease; speed up the progress of construction and construction of industrial clusters; regularly inspect, monitor, guide, and urge compliance with legal regulations on management and development of industrial clusters, comply with legal regulations on construction order; use land for the right purpose and protect the environment; strictly handle violations.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of a district, town or city is fully responsible to the Chairman of the City People's Committee and before the law if violations occur in the state management of industrial clusters in the area.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Industry and Trade as the unit to preside over and coordinate with departments and branches to strengthen supervision, monitoring, and guidance for People's Committees of districts, towns, and investors to strictly comply with legal regulations on planning (especially supporting service land), investment, land, construction order, environment, etc.; promote investment attraction in industrial clusters and craft village industrial clusters that have completed the construction of technical infrastructure, ensuring correct subjects, planning, land use functions, etc. in accordance with regulations.
The Departments of Finance, Planning - Architecture, Agriculture and Environment, Construction, based on assigned functions and tasks, proactively coordinate with the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to guide, urge and support investors in technical infrastructure of industrial clusters to complete administrative procedures, speed up investment and construction of industrial clusters in accordance with Plan No. 20/KH-UBND dated January 20, 2025 of the City People's Committee.
