    Hai Phong - A serious traffic accident has just occurred in Bach Dang ward, causing 2 children to die on the spot.

    Initial information, the accident occurred at around 4:30 p.m. on September 6, at the dike rescue road in residential group 2 Gia Minh, Bach Dang ward, Hai Phong city. At this time, Mr. D.V.Y (born in 1985, residing in Van Xa residential group, An Duong ward, Hai Phong) was driving a truck in the direction of Minh Tan on Road 1179 when he collided with B.V.H.B (born in 2020) and P.T.D (born in 2022, residing in residential group 2 Gia Minh, Bach Dang ward) riding a three-wheeled children's bicycle in the same direction ahead.

    As a result, B and D died on the spot. The preliminary cause was that driver Y did not pay attention and caused a traffic accident.

    The case is currently being handled by the authorities.
