The project will begin construction from March 2023, scheduled to be completed in August 2024.
However, up to now, the project has not completed site clearance work, leading to the risk of schedule delays.
Faced with that situation, the Ministry of Transport issued dispatch No. 7888 dated July 25 to the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province on completely resolving problems and problems and handing over the project site.
Accordingly, the construction time of the project is just over 1 month but the site clearance work has only reached about 85%, and about 700m of the route length has not been handed over yet.
The main problems are within the area of Dan Chu and Thong Nhat wards, Hoa Binh city due to the incomplete compensation plan for residential land, agricultural land, support plan for assets on land,... Along with that , 4 35kV electric poles, 24 0.4kV electric poles have not been relocated; The relocation of 19 households subject to resettlement has not been carried out.
Regarding this issue, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province Quach Tat Liem has directed that the People's Committee of Hoa Binh city preside over and coordinate with relevant units to research and implement the content of the document's proposal. Ministry of Transport to completely resolve the problems and problems and hand over the project site mentioned above.

According to Mr. Huan, the board is currently coordinating with the authorities to speed up site clearance. However, Hoa Binh city said that it will be possible to hand over the site by the end of August 2024, so the project will have to last at least 2 months longer than expected.
The project's starting point is at km73+500, the ending point is at km78+500, National Highway 6 in Hoa Binh city. The project construction contractor is Truong Thanh THHH Company, Ngoc Minh Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company - UDIC is in charge of construction and ensuring traffic safety of the project and 1/5 Construction Company Limited executes the project. work and ensure traffic safety for the entire bridge.
After completion, the road will be 20.5 meters wide, with the scale of a level III plain road with 4 motor vehicle lanes, a speed of 80km/h and 2 mixed lanes (each lane is about 2m wide).
