On May 6, the Traffic Police Department of Quang Tri Provincial Police said that Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 had just made a record and fined 2 drivers for stopping cars in the middle of the road.
Previously, people reflected to the Quang Tri Smart Operation Monitoring Center (IOC Quang Tri) about 2 cars with license plates 74A-124. xx and 74A-074. xx stopping in the middle of the road at the Hai Ba Trung - Ly Thuong Kiet intersection area (Quang Tri ward, Quang Tri province), causing traffic obstruction.
Upon receiving the information, Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 under the Traffic Police Department of Quang Tri Provincial Police proceeded to verify the incident.
Through verification, functional forces identified the drivers of the above 2 vehicles as Mr. T.N. H (resident of Quang Tri ward) and Mr. P.T. C (resident of Hai Lang commune, Quang Tri province).
2 drivers were recorded and fined for the act of "Stopping vehicles not close to the sidewalk on the right side of the road in the direction of travel", with a fine of 700,000 VND/person.
