At this time, the vehicle was driven by Mr. P.T. T. H (born in 1985, residing in Cam Lo commune, Quang Tri province).
Through inspection, the traffic police force determined that driver H's breath had an alcohol concentration exceeding the prescribed level.
Driver H said that he had drunk alcohol and beer at noon on August 13, and was checked at 5 pm on the same day.
The working group made a record of administrative violation, and at the same time applied preventive measures, temporarily detaining the vehicle for 7 working days for handling according to the provisions of law.
