On July 20, An Khe Ward Police, Da Nang City, executed an arrest warrant for temporary detention against Le Tan Hung (born 1997, residing in Hoa Khanh ward) to investigate the act of "Abuse of trust to appropriate property".
According to the investigation, previously An Khe Ward Police received a crime report from Mr. N.H. B. T. (born 1987, residing in An Khe ward), owner of a gas business agency in the area.
Immediately after receiving the information, the police force deployed professional measures, collected documents, evidence and clarified the subject's actions.
The investigation results determined that Le Tan Hung was a delivery staff of a gas agency. Hung was assigned the task of transporting gas to stores in the city, and at the same time collecting money for goods and returning it to the agency owner.
However, taking advantage of the trust of the facility owner, Hung repeatedly kept the money paid by customers instead of depositing it into the agency. All of this money was used by the subject for personal purposes.
The investigating agency determined that in the period from May to December 2025, Hung repeatedly committed acts of appropriating goods money with a total amount of more than 99 million VND.
Based on collected documents and evidence, An Khe Ward Police executed the arrest warrant for temporary detention of Le Tan Hung to serve the investigation.
Currently, the case is being further investigated and handled by An Khe Ward Police in accordance with the law.
