Including reporting and reviewing unused or ineffectively used headquarters and offices, including real estate facilities and offices under the management of the province and facilities and offices of central agencies in the province; proposing specific solutions.
Review backlog projects, suspended projects, and projects with slow progress, including public investment projects and non-budget investment projects, thereby clearly reporting the causes and proposing remedial measures.
Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee has issued a plan to rearrange and handle 406 houses and land of agencies, organizations and units managed by the province.
The province decided to retain and continue using 227 houses and land; transfer 57 houses and land; 22 houses and land were transferred to local management and handling; 99 houses and land were recovered and handed over to the Land Fund Development Organization for receipt, management and auction according to regulations.
Previously, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan and the working delegation inspected the management and use of public assets at 9 surplus and unused houses and lands in Quy Nhon City.
After the inspection, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan requested the Department of Finance to preside over and coordinate with units managing and using public assets to speed up the review and arrangement of public assets. Handle houses, land, and surplus assets according to the approved plan.
The principle of handling surplus housing and land is to recover and hand over to land fund development organizations for management and auction for the purpose of using residential land, commercial land, services, etc. to increase efficiency of use, create revenue for the State budget, and avoid waste.
