The People's Committee of Binh Duong province has issued a decision to approve the urban development area along Ring Road 4 - Area No. 1 of Ben Cat city, Binh Duong province.
According to the People's Committee of Binh Duong province, this will be a port - logistics - service urban area bordering the Saigon River and Thi Tinh river. The area of implementation of the urban area is about 2,702 hectares.
Notably, the urban development project is expected to invest about 130,327.7 billion VND. Investment resources for urban development will come from state budget capital, socialization, bonds, capital mobilized by investors from urban development projects and other legal capital sources.
There will be 10 urban development projects in An Tay ward, An Dien ward and Phu An commune in Ben Cat city.
The projects with the largest area include: Dong An Dien urban area with an area of 298 hectares with an investment capital of about 17,880 billion VND; Tay Phu An urban area project has an area of 289.4 hectares with an investment capital of about 13,167.7 billion VND; Dong An Tay Urban Area Project and An Tay Riverfront Urban Area Project have the same area of 289 hectares and the investment capital of each project is about 13,150 billion VND;
Next is the urban area project north of Ring Road 4 with an area of about 284 hectares, expected to invest about 17,040 billion VND; An Tay ecological urban area project is 278 hectares wide with an investment capital of about 12,650 billion VND; Tay An Tay urban area project with an area of 268 hectares, with an estimated capital of about 12,194 billion VND; project; Northwest urban area project on Ring Road 4 is 254 hectares wide with an investment of about 11,557 billion VND;
The two smallest projects are the Tay An Dien urban area with an area of 188.4 hectares with an investment capital of about 11,304 billion VND and the Bac An Tay urban area project with an area of about 70 hectares, the expected investment capital of about 8,237 billion VND. copper.
The above 10 urban area projects will be invested in from 2025 to 2040. Binh Duong will organize bidding to select investors according to regulations.
