Faced with this issue, the Department of Finance of Quang Tri province said that the People's Committee of Quang Tri province has approved 2,054 real estate establishments out of a total of 2,350 real estate establishments in the province. Quang Tri province has also decided to handle real estate facilities by keeping them for continued use, transferring them to units with appropriate needs or selling them at auction.
However, the approval plan for real estate facilities subject to auction arrangements has not been approved.
Specifically, at the end of 2023, the Standing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee approved the policy of auctioning 70 real estate properties managed by the district level. After that, the Provincial People's Committee and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Department of Finance to preside and coordinate with relevant units to develop a specific plan and roadmap to deploy the auction.
Currently, the contents have been completed and have been submitted to the People's Committee of Quang Tri province for consideration and approval of the plan for 70 real estate establishments.
