According to Clause 2, Article 4 of Resolution 52/2025/NQ-HDND, the agricultural land price list is specified in Appendix No. 18 attached to Resolution 52/2025/NQ-HDND.


- Rice-growing land and annual crop land in the land price list applicable to the land group specified in Clause 1 and Clause 7, Article 4 of Decree 102/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
- Land for growing perennial crops in the land price list applies to the land group specified in Clause 2, Article 4 of Decree 102/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
- Aquaculture land, concentrated livestock land in the land price list applicable to the land group specified in Clause 4 and Clause 5, Article 4 of Decree 102/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
- Protective forest land, special-use forests, and production forests in the land price list applicable to the land group specified in Clause 3, Article 4 of Decree 102/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
- The agricultural land price list within the residential area of communes, wards and rural residential areas that have been determined to have a boundary according to the planning approved by a competent state agency (in case there is no approved planning, it will be determined according to the boundary of a land plot with houses outside the same residential area) is determined to have a higher price, but not exceeding 50% of the corresponding agricultural land price.
- The determination of plains, midlands and mountainous areas is determined according to the administrative boundaries of communes, wards and towns before rearranging commune-level administrative units of Hanoi city according to Resolution 1656/NQ-UBTVQH15 of the National Assembly Standing Committee.
