In case of changing the use purpose of part of the land plot, the plot shall be divided and a new Certificate issued for each new land plot after division.
In the case of a residential land plot with a garden or pond, the procedure for dividing the plot is not required when changing the use purpose of part of the land plot, unless the land user wishes to separate the plot; In case the plot is not divided, write "Change of use purpose... m2 from land... to land... (write purpose of use before and after transfer) according to Decision No...., dated.../.../..., file no. ... (insert code of registration procedure)".
Thus, according to the above regulations, in case of changing the use purpose of a part of the land plot, the plot will be divided and a new red book will be issued for each new land plot after division.
