On December 3, at the meeting with voters to report the results of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly of the Da Nang City National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, said that the recent National Assembly session passed many important resolutions. Among them was a resolution on specific mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects and land.
Mr. Quang also pointed out that in the past, the city determined the land use term and allocated land, calculated land use fees incorrectly, allocated land and leased land without proper authority and procedures. Among them, there were a number of projects on Son Tra peninsula, stuck at Chi Lang stadium.
"At the recent National Assembly session, the Government submitted to the National Assembly a proposal to resolve difficulties related to Chi Lang Stadium. However, the National Assembly examined and determined that the resolution of difficulties related to Chi Lang Stadium would be left to the Government and the city to decide," said Mr. Quang.
According to Mr. Quang, the Politburo and the Government allow the city to carry out the auction of the entire area, not dividing it into smaller parts according to the issued certificates. The subjects involved in this are the banks, which will later divide the ratios according to the value of the collateral assets when auctioning. This is a direction for the city to thoroughly resolve the issue of Chi Lang Stadium.
