Dong Nai - An Hung Phat Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company has broken ground on the construction of a 1,200-unit social housing complex in Phuoc Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City.

On December 21, An Hung Phat Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company broke ground on a social housing project in Phuoc Tan Ward, Bien Hoa City, with a total of 1,200 units.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai - Director of An Hung Phat Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company said: In phase 1, the company will build block A with 275 apartments, construction time is 14 months.

The company is currently completing procedures to start construction on two more social housing blocks in mid-2025, with about 800 apartments.

The project is designed in a modern style, fully equipped with amenities and shares the technical and social infrastructure of the Phuoc Tan Residential and Resettlement Area Project.

Mr. Vo Van Phi - Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee said that this is an important and urgent project to arrange accommodation for people who are not eligible for resettlement when land is recovered for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project, meeting the accommodation needs of people and workers.

Mr. Phi requested the investor and contractors to construct on schedule, ensuring quality and labor safety... At the same time, he requested the investor to quickly complete documents and procedures to soon implement phase 2 of the project.

The social housing area in Phuoc Tan ward, Bien Hoa city has an area of ​​about 4 hectares, including 4 blocks with a scale of more than 1,200 apartments.

This project is part of the overall Phuoc Tan Residential and Resettlement Area Project.
