The incident occurred during a physical education class of class 8A at Minh Khuong Boarding Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities on October 19. At that time, male student T.D.T (born in 2011) kicked a ball and hit female student D.T.B (born in 2011). Afterwards, a fight broke out between students B. and T.
At this time, a male student named V.T.T (born in 2011) sitting on a bench 10 meters away teased B. Angry, B picked up a small piece of concrete and threw it at V.T.T.'s neck. About 20 seconds later, T fainted and was taken to the emergency room but died.
Authorities are continuing to investigate and clarify the incident.
