The total area of 18 land plots offered for auction is 3,550.5m2, with a total starting price of over 17.835 billion VND.
In which, the Tran Cement area has 9 land plots with a total area of 2,455.4m2, starting price of 4.5 million VND/m2. Land plots with areas from 165.9m2 to 501m2, starting price from 746.55 million VND to more than 2.25 billion VND.
In Zone 11, there are 4 land plots with a total area of 504.5m2, starting price of 7 million VND/m2. The starting price of each plot ranges from 696.5 million VND to 1.435 billion VND.
Zone 12 has 2 land plots with a total area of 289m2, starting price of 5 million VND/m2. The starting prices are 600 million VND and 845 million VND respectively.
For zone 4, there are 3 land plots with a total area of 301.6m2, starting price of 6 million VND/m2. Among them, plot LK-02 with an area of 94.6m2 has the lowest starting price in the auction, at 567.6 million VND.
According to the auction organizing unit, the auction session is conducted in the form of direct voting at the auction, with a maximum of 30 rounds, according to the up-pricing method.
People in need can see the actual location of land plots from June 17 - 19 at the auctioned asset location.
Time for selling and receiving applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on June 11th to 5:00 PM on June 24th at Phu Tho Partner Auction Company and Thanh Ba Commune Public Service Center.
The deposit is collected from June 11 to the end of June 24. The deposit amount ranges from 150 million VND to 300 million VND depending on each land plot.
According to regulations, individuals participating in the auction must be subject to land allocation by the State according to the 2024 Land Law, and at the same time meet the conditions according to the Law on Property Auction and related legal regulations.
The auction is expected to start from 8 am on June 27 at the Hall of Thanh Ba Commune Public Service Center, address alley 22 Thang Loi street, zone 4, Thanh Ba commune, Phu Tho province.
