On the afternoon of June 11, Director of Lam Dong Provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment Phan Nguyen Hoang Tan signed a document requesting affiliated units to focus on implementing tasks and cases monitored and directed by the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee.

In which, noteworthy is the handling of existing issues related to 15 ancient villas in Da Lat and the Doi Cu Golf Club building.
According to the requirements, units must accelerate the rectification of existing contents and shortcomings according to the inspection and supervision conclusions of the Central Inspection Committee for the period 2015 - 2025 for Lam Dong, Binh Thuan and Dak Nong (old).
At the same time, review the progress, propose solutions to handle obstacle projects, and strive to complete them in the second quarter of 2026.
Units are required to strengthen the responsibility of heads, closely coordinate in handling issues related to land, forestry, and minerals, and avoid loss and waste of public assets.
For cases under the monitoring of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness, and Negative Phenomena, the Department assigns the Land Management Sub-Department and the Forest Protection Sub-Department to coordinate with the Department of Finance to review dossiers and advise on solutions to handle them thoroughly according to regulations.
Among the cases being monitored, the Doi Cu Da Lat Golf Club building project is identified as the most complex case.

Previously, the Central Inspection Committee inspected and pointed out 7 violations in this project, requesting rectification. Up to now, the locality has handled 4 contents, and 3 contents are not yet completed.
The existing problems include: The adjustment of planning and architectural works within the national relic area but without consulting the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; projects related to an area of 5,629 m2 of protection forest land being used for wrong purposes, works exceeding height targets; and the construction of unlicensed and illegal works in the national relic area.
In addition, the determination of annual land lease unit prices for the project is also assessed as not being strict, posing a risk of budget revenue loss.
In addition to the Doi Cu project, the Department of Agriculture and Environment also requested coordination to provide dossiers and advise on definitively handling cases related to equitization at Da Lat Tourism Service Joint Stock Company and managing and using 15 ancient villas in Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat.
In which, the villa on Tran Hung Dao street continues to be put under monitoring and handling for public asset management.
Notably, the Department of Agriculture and Environment emphasized linking the results of handling cases with the evaluation and classification of cadres, civil servants and heads of units.
The Department of Organization and Personnel is assigned to monitor the implementation progress, advise on handling collective and individual responsibilities if there is delay, avoidance or shirking responsibility in the process of performing tasks.
