On the Public Assets Page, Thanh Xuan Partnership Auction Company has just coordinated to announce the issuance of documents inviting participation in the auction of agricultural land use rights, with an area of more than 726,730 m2 in Yen Lang commune.
According to the published documents, the total land area put up for auction for land use rights for lease in this phase is 726,730.4 m2 (more than 72 ha). The entire land fund is located in Bai Vet area, Nai Chau village, Yen Lang commune, Hanoi city.
The land fund is divided into 2 large lots, specifically including lot 13 belonging to map sheets No. 38, 39 with an area of 59, 428.1 m2, starting price of 775 VND/m2/year, total amount calculated annually is 460, 567, 775 VND and a deposit of 20% is 92, 113, 555 VND. Lot 14 belonging to map sheets No. 39, 40, 41, 43, 44, 45 has an area of 667, 302.3 m2, starting price of 775 VND/m2/year, total amount calculated annually is 5, 171, 592,825 VND and a deposit of 20% is 1,034, 318, 565 VND.
The total area of both land plots is 726,730.4 m2, the total amount of money calculated per year is 5,632,160,600 VND and the total deposit amount is 1,126,431,220 VND. The purpose of use of these land plots is agricultural production (annual crops), aquaculture, high-tech agricultural development towards organic agriculture and ecological agriculture combined with tourism with a stable land lease term extended for 10 years.

The auction is conducted according to the up-pricing method, with the form of direct voting in multiple rounds (at least 2 auction rounds) right at the auction session. A special point in this auction is the application of flexible price steps according to each auction round, in which round 1 applies a price step of 2,225 VND/m2/year, and round 2 onwards will apply a level of 200 VND/m2/year if round 1 has someone bid higher than the starting price, or keep the same as 2,225 VND/m2/year if no one bids higher than the starting price in round 1.
The subjects participating in the auction are clearly limited to individuals from 18 years of age or older, with sufficient civil act capacity, and must have documents proving that they are residing in the locality (Yen Lang commune, Hanoi city), and participants must have financial capacity and land use needs for the approved purpose.
Participants should note that the time for selling and receiving applications takes place during office hours until July 22, 2026. The deposit period is also implemented from 08:00 on July 9, 2026 to 17:00 on July 22, 2026 through bank transfer.
For customers whose location has not been determined, they can contact the Economic Department of Yen Lang commune to see the field for 3 consecutive days from July 13, 2026 to the end of July 15, 2026. The official auction session will be held at exactly 9 am on July 25, 2026 at the Hall of Yen Lang Commune People's Committee, Hanoi City.
To ensure transparency and information security, the organizing unit reminds auction participants to absolutely not write information indicating the registered land plot for auction on the deposit slip. All cases of violating regulations and rules of the auction room or submitting dossiers late after the prescribed time will be deprived of the right to participate according to current legal regulations.
