Many land plots in Phu Tho will be auctioned in July

In July, many land plots in Phu Tho will be auctioned.

The above auctioned land plots are located in Hien Quan, Tam Nong and Vinh An communes. The land plots have a starting price from over 847 million VND to over 3.2 billion VND, and are organized for auction in the form of indirect voting via post. Accordingly, Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company will organize an auction of land use rights for a residential land plot coded L-03 in Huong Nha Market Area, Hien Quan commune.

The land plot has an area of 211.8 m2, the starting price is 847.2 million VND, equivalent to about 4 million VND/m2. Auction participants must pay a deposit of 170 million VND, and the dossier purchase fee is 100,000 VND.

The time to sell dossiers and receive registrations to participate in the auction is from June 24 to 5:00 PM on July 7, 2026. The price announcement session will take place at 8:00 AM on July 10, 2026 at the Hall of Hien Quan Commune People's Committee.

Also on July 10, Phu Tho Joint Venture Auction Company organized an auction of land use rights for 2 residential land plots in Zone 14 Dan Quyen, Tam Nong commune.

In which, land plot LK4-17 has an area of 108 m2, starting price of 10 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 1.08 billion VND; deposit of 270 million VND.

Land plot LK7-14 has an area of 143.8 m2, starting price of 15 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 2.157 billion VND; deposit of 540 million VND.

The purchase fee for each land plot is 200,000 VND. Auction participants submit dossiers and bid forms by post from June 24 to the end of July 7, 2026.

The price announcement session will be held at 10:00 AM on July 10th at the Party Committee Hall of Tam Nong commune.

Previously, the Phu Tho Provincial Property Auction Service Center also announced the auction of 11 land plots in Vinh An commune on July 2, 2026.

The land plots include 6 plots in the population expansion and auction land area, Dong Vong service land (Dinh village, former Yen Binh commune) and 5 plots in the service land area, Dong Tram Giam land use right auction land (former Kim Xa commune), now belonging to Vinh An commune.

In the land group in Dong Vong, each plot has an area of 100 m2, the starting price is 9.9 million VND/m2, equivalent to 990 million VND/plot; deposit of 198 million VND.

For the Dong Tram Giam area, three land plots C13, C14 and C15 all have an area of 100 m2, with a starting price of 14.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to 1.43 billion VND per plot.

The remaining two lots with the highest value in the auction are lot B1 with an area of 122 m2, starting price of 26.4 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 3.22 billion VND; and lot A17 with an area of 92 m2, starting price of 26.4 million VND/m2, equivalent to nearly 2.43 billion VND.

The total starting price of 11 land plots in Vinh An commune reached nearly 15.88 billion VND.
