On the public assets page, Dong Duong Partnership Auction Company issued the Regulation on the auction of land use rights to implement the Nguyen Trong Tri commercial apartment complex project, Quy Nhon Dong ward, Gia Lai province.
The land area is 17,769.0 m2 (more than 1.7 ha). The project scale has an expected population of 2,346 people. The maximum construction density is 39.9%. The maximum land use coefficient reaches 7 times.
The construction height includes 20 above-ground floors and staircase towers with a total above-ground building height of about 81m. The base part includes 03 floors arranged with commercial service functions, commercial apartments, technical systems, public services and parking spaces of about 5,676 m2.
The tower part consists of 17 floors and 1 attic floor arranged with commercial apartments. The total number of apartments is expected to be about 652 units with an average area of 65 m2 per unit. The proportion of green land in the apartment building construction land plot is at least 20%, the construction boundary is 6 m behind the land boundary.
The land use term allocated to the investor and the operating term of the project is 50 years. The project implementation progress is 48 months from the date of the Land Allocation Decision, divided into two phases:
Complete investment preparation procedures to start construction within 12 months and construct the project no more than 36 months from the date of obtaining the construction permit.
The preliminary total investment capital of the project is 1,205,908,394,486 VND. Participating investors must meet the conditions of financial capacity with owner's equity not less than 20% of the preliminary total investment capital plus land use fees according to the starting price, and have a commitment to provide appropriate financial, credit and registered occupations.
The starting price of the auctioned asset is determined to be 233,743,405,100 VND.
Auction participants pay a deposit of 46,748,761,000 VND, the amount to buy the invitation to participate in the auction is 1,000,000 VND, and the applied price step is 4,675,000,000 VND.
The auction form is implemented combining indirect voting with direct voting at the auction session using the up-pricing method.
The time to sell and receive applications for auction participation starts from 08:00 on June 26, 2026 to 17:00 on July 15, 2026 at the Headquarters of Dong Duong Joint Venture Auction Company, No. 14A Phan Dang Luu Street, Quy Nhon Ward, Gia Lai Province.
The asset viewing period is from June 26, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 30, 2026 at the project site.
The deposit period is from the time of having a written notification of meeting the conditions to 5:00 PM on July 29, 2026 through bank transfer.
The official auction session will be held at 3:00 PM on July 31, 2026 at the Headquarters of Gia Lai Provincial Land Fund Development Center, No. 210 Dien Hong Street, Quy Nhon Nam Ward, Gia Lai Province.
