According to point b, clause 2, Article 218 of the 2024 Land Law, the use of land combined with multiple purposes must meet the following requirements:
- Do not change the type of land according to the land classification regulations.
- Not losing the necessary conditions to be able to continue using land for the main purpose when necessary.
- Not affecting national defense and security.
- Limit impacts on the conservation of natural ecosystems, biodiversity and environmental landscapes, in order to protect a sustainable ecological environment.
- Not affecting the land use of adjacent land plots, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of surrounding households.
- Fully fulfill financial obligations in accordance with the law.
- Compliance with other relevant legal regulations to ensure the lawful use of land and protect common interests.
These requirements are aimed at ensuring that land use for multiple purposes both brings economic efficiency, conserves land resources, and protects the environment, security, and social benefits.
