According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh - Deputy Director of Quang Ngai Provincial Department of Finance, there are currently over 40 projects in the province that are behind schedule and slow to put land into use.
In the past time, to solve the existing problems and obstacles for slow-progress projects and slow land use, Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee has focused on directing relevant departments, branches, and localities to review, consider, and support investors in solving difficulties and obstacles, creating conditions for investors to implement projects or consider handling according to regulations.

In which, it has directed the Department of Agriculture and Environment (NNMT) to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to conduct inspections, examinations, and reviews to handle and remove obstacles for 38 projects and works.
The Provincial People's Committee is continuing to focus on directing relevant agencies to coordinate in inspecting, reviewing, and advising the Provincial People's Committee to consider handling and removing obstacles for projects according to regulations. The province determines that these are projects that require a lot of time to consider and remove obstacles, ensuring compliance with land law regulations, reasonable and satisfactory, minimizing complaints about administrative decisions of the Provincial People's Committee.
The solution is based on the spirit of accompanying, creating conditions, and maximizing support for investors who are determined to invest so that the project can soon be put into operation, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province in the coming time, in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 68/NQ-TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development.
Also according to Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh, based on the directives and guidance documents of central agencies and relevant legal regulations, Quang Ngai province has reviewed and proposed solutions, issued mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles for prolonged backlog projects on the 751 system and implemented data entry on the 751 system in accordance with the guidance of the Ministry of Finance, the spirit of the Prime Minister's direction.
The Ministry of Finance is reviewing projects to propose applying special mechanisms according to Resolution No. 170/2024/QH14 dated November 30, 2024 of the National Assembly and reporting to competent authorities for consideration and decision to apply special mechanisms to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects, in order to unlock resources for socio-economic development.
