Planning of Tam Lap 5 Industrial Cluster in Phu Giao commune, 53 ha wide

Ho Chi Minh City - On August 12, Phu Giao Commune People's Committee organized a conference to collect community opinions on the 1/500 detailed planning project of Tam Lap 5 Industrial Cluster.

According to the plan, the Tam Lap 5 Industrial Cluster project is located in Tam Lap hamlet, Phu Giao commune, Ho Chi Minh City.

The project's objective is to do business in construction, business in technical infrastructure of industrial clusters. Orienting the industry of building factories to serve the relocation of enterprises in the South. The industrial cluster will attract green, sustainable, and environmentally friendly manufacturing enterprises.

The scale of the project is planned to be 53ha wide. In which, the construction of factories and warehouses is 36 ha wide; land for building administrative and service works is 4.79 ha wide; land for building technical infrastructure works is 0.54 ha wide; traffic land is 6.27 ha wide, green tree planting land is 5.4 ha wide. The total investment of the project is 743 billion VND.

At the conference, relevant units presented the content of the 1/500 scale detailed planning project of Tam Lap 5 Industrial Cluster. The content focused on planning orientation, space organization, technical infrastructure system, including wastewater treatment system, green tree covering land ratio and issues related to the project implementation process.

Local people also exchanged recommendations related to planning, project implementation to ensure environmental protection, and issues affecting the lives and production activities of people in the area.

According to records, collecting community opinions is an important basis to continue to complete the planning project, ensuring feasibility in the process of implementing the Tam Lap 5 Industrial Cluster project.
