The plots of land have an area of 111 - 383 m2/plot with starting price of 886,000 VND/m2 - 4.6 million VND/m2. Deposit for plots of land is from 32 - 323 million VND/m2.
The auction takes place in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction. Auction participants can learn about the auctioned land on the field or contact the Ba Vi District Land Fund Development Center to inspect the field on December 30, 2024 and December 31, 2024 (during office hours).
Auction participants pay deposit from 8:00 a.m. on January 8, 2025 to 8:00 a.m. on January 10, 2025.
The auction will take place at 8:00 a.m. on January 11, 2025 at the Hall of the Ba Vi Cultural - Information and Sports Center, address No. 104, Quang Oai Street, Tay Dang Town, Ba Vi District.

After the auction of 30 billion VND/m2 of land, it is expected that on December 28, Soc Son district will auction 36 plots in Dong Lai village, Quang Tien commune, Soc Son district. The plots of land have an area of 90 - 220 m2/plot with a starting price of 2.4 million VND/m2.
Also on December 28, Son Tay town will auction 27 land plots belonging to the project of constructing technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Van Goi - Dong Quan area and 1 land plot belonging to the Tien Huan interstitial land area, Vien Son ward, Son Tay town, Hanoi city.
On the morning of December 30, Quoc Oai district will organize an auction of the right to use 26 plots of land (LK2, LK6) in the project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction area of land use rights in DG 31, Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, Quoc Oai district. These are rural residential plots with long-term use. The area of the plots ranges from 73.2 - 101.5m2.
