The Land Fund Development Center of Chuong My District (Hanoi) has just successfully auctioned 8 land plots in the auction session on December 24. Of which, 3 land plots are located at Van Son Lake Golf Course, Hoang Van Thu Commune and 5 land plots are located at Mai Sau Area, Quyet Tien Village, Huu Van Commune, Chuong My District (Hanoi).
The plots of land range in area from 104 - 360m2, with starting prices from 6.7 - 31 million VND/m2. The deposit for each plot of land ranges from over 400 million to nearly 1.2 billion VND/plot. These are the remaining plots of land in projects that were previously auctioned and had their starting prices determined from the end of 2023, and this price is still valid according to regulations.
The auction is organized in multiple rounds with an ascending price method, in which the first three auction rounds are mandatory (customers are only considered for winning prices from the third round), each step the price of plots in Huu Van commune is 1 million VND/m2, Hoang Van Thu commune is 500 thousand VND/m2.
This auction attracted 15 customers with 40 applications. After 5 rounds, 8 plots of land were successfully auctioned, the highest winning price belonged to the plot of land with the symbol LK1-1 in Huu Van commune with the price of 34 million VND/m2. The plot with the lowest winning price was in Hoang Van Thu commune with the price of 7.7 million VND/m2.
From now until the end of 2024, many districts in Hanoi will continue to auction many plots of land. It is expected that on December 26, Me Linh district will auction 11 plots of land at point X1, Dong Cao village, Trang Viet commune, Me Linh district. The plots of land have an area of 87.4 - 142m2, with a starting price of 1.5 million VND/m2.
After bidding 30 billion VND/m2 of auctioned land, on December 28, Soc Son district will auction 36 plots in Dong Lai village, Quang Tien commune, Soc Son district. The plots have an area of 90 - 220m2 with a starting price of 2.4 million VND/m2.
Also on December 28, Son Tay town will auction 27 land plots belonging to the project of constructing technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in Van Goi - Dong Quan area and 1 land plot belonging to the Tien Huan interstitial land area, Vien Son ward, Son Tay town, Hanoi city.
On the morning of December 30, Quoc Oai district will organize an auction of the right to use 26 plots of land (LK2, LK6) in the project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction area of land use rights in DG 31, Yen Quan village, Tan Phu commune, Quoc Oai district. These are rural residential plots with long-term use. The area of the plots ranges from 73.2 - 101.5m2.
