According to that, DVG Joint Stock Auction Company is cooperating with the People's Committee of Lieu Ha Commune (Dan Phuong District) to organize land use right auctions for renting land for agricultural production purposes in Lieu Ha Commune with a total area of 46,641 m2, with an initial auction price of 810 dong/m2/year.
It is expected that the auction will be organized at 14h on August 22, 2024, at the meeting hall of the People's Committee of Lieu Ha Commune in an ascending price auction method. The auction method is a direct vote of one round at the auction.
The People's Committee of Trung Tau Commune (Dan Phuong District) will organize land use right auctions for renting land for agricultural production purposes in the Ngũ Châu beach area with an area of 2,122m2. Plot 220 has an area of 1,653m2 and plot 221 has an area of 469m2.
The origin of the use of the two plots of land is agricultural land managed by the People's Committee of Trung Tau Commune for agricultural production, planting annual crops.
The lease term is 5 years, from the date the district People's Committee issues a decision recognizing the auction result. The form of land use is the state renting land to pay annual land rent.
The initial price is 810 dong/m2/year.
